Hi Veeky Forums, I'm limited to about $200 for food next month. What are some inexpensive but healthy bulking foods? Taste does not matter.
Hi Veeky Forums, I'm limited to about $200 for food next month. What are some inexpensive but healthy bulking foods...
brown rice, beans, tuna, peanuts, oats, milk, broccoli, bananas, potatoes
peanut butter
Chicken thighs, eggs, pupper food
Lentils, cheese, pasta, 80-20 beef
Pasta and Olive oil as well. Otherwise, this list is solid
If you can buy some beef mince in bulk. My supermarket occasionally does slabs of them at 3 for $20. Freeze em and make them last forever
this except white rice. Cheaper and like it better.
Yogurt and eating pussy got protein
is there any health benefits to eating brown rice over white
$200 is fucking plenty man, you just can't eat fresh fish every day.
>$200 for food next month
For one person? How can you even spent that much?
I figure I've got to eat a ton if I want to stop being a skelly.
I ask again. What the fuck are you buying? Limes?
>Taste does not matter.
I respect you, OP.
imagine being so wealthy that $200 for the month in food isn't enough
chicken breast, broccoli, rice, and olive oil.
your dog, you have to eat your beloved dog
yes
Protein powder is part of my shopping list. That sets me back about 70 bucks, and I'm buying food to bulk up with. Enough to not run out of and make a decent meal everyday. Are limes expensive or something? The Mexicans here sell me a big box of them for 20 dollars.
More expensive than your run-of-the-mill citrus fruit, anyway
My budget bulk grocery list
>oat
>rice
>eggs
>milk
>beans/chickpeas
>potatoes
>canned salmon
>chicken/pork whatever is on sale
>frozen veg or fresh when on sale
>also onions on everything
make a big ass fucking pot of chili. it should last about a week or so. truss.
Protein Powder is not that important for the bulk life, prioritize eating lots of meat > powder
olive oil is mostly fake as it's poorly regulated market, as in you're drinking lamp oil in some cases. Coconut oil is superior.
protein powder is a meme. get in some meat, dark leafy greens, eggs, nuts, etc. and you'll hit the amount of protein you need to grow.
