All, plus shit as high as 20s with a triple drop set after, while supersetting another exercise.
But only if you roid.

This is a stupid question and you're stupid for asking it.

All of them

Pick weights you can handle for those number of reps

Lil bitch

one hundred

8 for leg compound
10 for other compound
15 for accessories + iso hold

It’s not the rep number, but time under tension, your body can’t distinguish the amount of reps you’re doing.

Do 10 reps, and make them SLOW. One second up, 4 seconds down , repeat until 10 reps

What if I just did 3 sets of AMRAP for every exercise?

If you pick the right weights it will still be 8, 10, 12

Start with 8, increase by 1 rep every time you do the exercise

Increase the weight after you can do 15-20

his mouth is open what a soyperson lmao!

grahams number sets of infinity reps of your 1RM

anything else is just being lazy and will not give you good results

8 until you can do the same weight for 12 then up the weight. Surely this is in the sticky...

This is how I lift, don't even count reps, just TUL.

Heavy 5 reps for everything, best for natties

If I had to compile all of this info under one 'general rule of thumb' I would say these 2 are your best bets.
Stick to these 2 and you will gain muscle.

Retard

>stalling on dumbell curl
>put on hat BACKWARDS
>mfw set new P.R.

I do 6-8 for compounds and 8-15 for accessories. Higher reps for shoulder accessories.

Mostly personal preference.

Increase with every set or with every different day?

Every different day

Do 4 reps with max weight then immediately superset 4 reps more. That way you can never leave the strength range and still do 8 reps for hypertrophy.

6-8 for myofibrillar (i.e. shtrength oriented hypertrophy), 8-12 for sarcoplasmic (i. e. aesthetic oriented). Do these with 4 sec per rep and 2 mins rest.

10 slow reps then 10 quick reps= 20reps total

Dead by 8 finish 12 anyway.

you should max out every time or else how did you going to be stronger

>Your body doesn't know how many times it has contracted a muscle
a very brainlet way of putting it
If this truly is the secret to gains, you'd post your body and show us the what kind of gains we're missing out on

Every exercise I always go for 10 reps, is this bad? Should I switch it up?

Start by doing 5 reps, then do 10 more to confuse the muscles

9.75 reps

8-12 for A E S T H E T I C S
Except pullups and chinups, gotta do them heavy to make progress then deload

The picture on the left has a "Hellow, fellow kids" feel to it. Super disturbing. But, then, that man is super disturbing.
