Essentially my mood,libido, strength and body composition suffered throughout the entire time, I was taking protein powders which tasted like garbage and were full of heavy metals and gave me diarrhea.
I was taking multi vitamin supplements, literally tracking everything on discord.
Eventually I quit and just drank like a gallon of milk with chocolate powder and my digestion was literally massively improved compared to when I was being vegan, that's a telling sign of how retarded vegan diets are.
