4 hrs 5 days a week is tough to fit into a schedule long term. Try some fun fit things like biking, rock climbing, dancing or other activities when motivation is low. Also, make sure your diet is filled with things like fruits, vegetables and lean meats while limiting simple carbs so you actually get smaller

Lifting heavy will burn about as many calories as a normal cardio session. But you can do multiple cardio sessions for each lifting session. So, technically, you can burn more with cardio.

Just do both. Cardio is good for your heart and breathing.
