What's the ideal weight for a 5'11" male?

I'm tall as fuck but I also need some weight to look manly, is 180 lbs enough?

Inb4 5'11" is manlet status when it's literally above avg 80% of countries and also the perfect hegiht for a male.

An adult male weighs >200 lbs. All memes aside, you need to be more like 190-200 lbs lean to look fairly muscular. 180 lbs is more like "you can tell I work out" mode.

At 160 my "aesthetics" are OK but I still look small as fuck. 13.6 bf% as measured by skinfold calipers.

Probably won't be happy with myself until I weigh at least 185, if not 205.

This is probably the best answer I've seen. If you're natty I think it'd be very hard to get over 200 and be lean. I get compliments at 165 and 5'11 but I feel small. My guess if you're really lean is mid 180s to 190

You're not going past 200 without significant fat or steroids. For conditioned and lean, 165-185 depending on time lifting and genetics. If somebody is 195 lb at 10% they either have 1% genetics or are on something. You get 98% of your gains in 2 years of serious lifting, 2-3 lb of muscle/month your first year, 1 lb/month your second. Do the math if we assume 5'11 dyel at 10% bf is sitting at 145 lb. 145 + 30 year one. 175 + 10 year two, 185 should be the upper limit. Beyond that is genetics
