What are the best programs in the sticky? Also any good programs that aren't in the sticky? I'm thinking about hoping on SL just from reading over it
Beginner programs
Just choose one and go, don't overthink it, watch what you eat
just lift lol, anything but SS
if you have the genetics for it you'll respond to any bullshit routine
SL is good
theres a free app that helps track your lifts and rests
just do that
fpbp
And why not? It's actually a really good routine to get strong, if you want some aesthetics then add in curls and tricep pushdowns but you'll be lifting heavy weight and growing so you will get bigger as well. Just eat well and don't GOMAD and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
I run SS and people say I'm looking much bigger. I highly recommend it. Get the book as well.
Fierce five routine OP
Google it
The're is a three day routime, a four day routine, and a five day routine
Pick one, read the progression scheme, and stick with it
SS has the fastest progress but you'll look like a braphog. Also squats and deads on the same day will murder you, so you better be damn sure your rest and diet is on point.
SL is just SS but shit.
I've been lifting but I haven't been following a program. My lifts are 95/145/185/285 after three months and I'm kinda stuck so I think a program will help me.
SL -> SS -> all-pro's begginer routine -> scooby intermediate
there you have the first 9 months
greyskull
follow a LP and think about new programming when u cant add weight to any lifts weekly any more, then do something intermediate.
SL is decent, I ran it as beginner.
I think phraks GSLP is better though since it has amraps.
Really doesn't matter as long as u lift consistently.
>gray dyed hair
what do roasties mean by this
What is LP?
linear progression, aka every beginner program.
means you add a set amount of weight each week
lnear programming
given a formula f and a set of constraints C, the goal is to maximize or minimize f given C
linear progression* derp
I did PPL since I wanted to go at least six times per week.
Been doing since I started in December and still progressing on my lifts. Not as much as before, but I'm still seeing results.
>"at least six"
>implying a week has more than six days

Did I miss something or are you just pretending to be retarded?
>doesn't (you) me
>expects a reply
