Meme lifting no progress edition - Advice thread

Hi

Started lifting in sept 17' till now with about a months break peppered through out this time for various reasons.

Started OHP in January can do 31kg 3x10

Squat started at 30kg or so now is 70kg 3x10 or today i did 60kg 70kg then an assisted set of 80kg.

Bench started with bar or 30kg now at 50 or 55kg 3x10. (Dyel i know)

Diddlys started at 40kg now at 100kg with 3x10 really taking it out of me and 110 is my 1RM

First 2-3 months i did every group twice a week except for legs with diddlys done x1 a week.

Then moved to a bro split each group once a week.

Am i progressing ok or is this slow shit progress? Im thinkig my bench should be about 65 or 70kg by now?

Pic sadly related.

People have suggested SS, PPL, Greyskull and killing myself dyel fag. The last one is not an option im willing to go for.

Please for the love of God give me advice the routine that is best for me according to you i will start Monday.

What is your diet. You don't seem to have put on any mass. You should see a change by now. $100 your nutrition is not where it should be

u should try benching more idiot

And this suggested as a routine but i do lots of accessory work with my current routine.

On a usual day a pork wrap and coffee, then dinner then thats it.

In the last 2 months or so i have began eating a lot more, protein shakes, bars massive lunches rice pasta beef chicken veg and more recently ~2 weeks im eating to the point where i am uncomfortably full almost all day except when i wake up.

I have not taken heed of macros

fierce 5 novice fullbody routine
your legs look better than mine @ 3pl8
keep it up

I lifted 60kg for 1x8 1x6 1x3 once but i hate huge the whole day and took a caffine pill right b4 my work out.

This was probably 3 weeks ago i dont seem to have any clue what im doing even tho i basically watch and read about firness and lifting in 99.9 of my free time outside of work.

Start eating and stop doing compounds for 3x10 jesus motherfuck

>3x10 on main compounds as a beginner
>3x10 on fucking diddlydoo
Why? Why didn't you just hop onto an actual routine?
This is probably why your progress hasn't been very good.
Just switch over to PPLPPL with 5x5 on the main lifts and 3x8-12 on the accessories.

Seems like you just don't eat. Up your calories by like 500-1000

3x10 of a weight that is really challenging? So your saying do less reps but twoce a week?

Volume for hypertrohpy? Another user said the same 100kg is a weight i struggle with but can do.

Your saying do 5x5 of that same challenging weight but twice a week? Same for squats so?

>why not hop onto actual routine

I started with my brother who is swole af and lifting for abt 5 years this is what he said i should do

Ive wasted my fucking time havent i

How did you make those forearm gains??

Thanks dude my legs and back seem to grow when i have a damn stretch farmer genes i guess.

Not sure if your joking but personally i always seem to feel a pump in my forearms after diddlys? Im the last person to take advice from, i literally fucked up the process of picking up heavy things and putting them back down.

I dont do any fore arm specific exercises just felt them with diddlys and maybe hammer curls.

u could also try bill star 5x5
my squat is exploding on this, bench also going up at a reasonable rate

start eating breakfast

legit thought the before pic was the after. Dude you gotta eat your fucking spinach

It's beautiful...

Eat more.
Like, much more.
If you feel like you need to vomit you grab some milk, force it down, and eat more.

Basic 3x10 sets aren't the most productive for a beginner. Hop on greyskull bro, it's better for upper body gains compared to starting strength and it's easy o add your own accessories since it's a really basic program.

should just eat more.
also, go heavy with less reps

>Sit ups 3x5
what the fuck is this a meme?

Maybe he meant to type weighted pull ups.
