Happened 30 minutes ago
>Workout so far going great, feeling very strong and very energetic
>Go under bar for another set of squats, 120kg (warm up)
>3rd set
>As soon as i unrack the bar feel it slipping down a bit because i did not tense my upper back properly or hold onto it correctly, somehow i shrugged the fucking bar upwards to counteract the slippage
>Feel pain on my left lat (back) instantly
>Had to rack it quickly
>Now left side in pain when i bend over or pick something up
>Had to pack up and leave

First injury in 10 months, i'm so fucking pissed off.

I don't know still hurts, especially when i bend over. First time it ever happened to me. I cant bear to think how much time off I'll need.

I hit 160kg last week for the first time and now this.... I'm fucking fuming.

Got hit by a car in October and broke my collarbone. Still can't do pull lifts properly.

Jesus Christ lads, left back is fucking killing me now. Cant even pick anything up from knee level and sucking air in (as you do with soup) makes it fucking kill.

Lifting is all i had, now i have nothing.

I had a similar problem. I fixed it with a lacrosse ball. Dig it into the outter, mix and inner head of the bicep. Use a wall to apply pressure and slowly roll down the wall. Do that for each of the muscle heads. Work the ball into your forearms too.

What's that mean lad? i just tried to do a pull-up and i can do one. Yet, picking something up or putting weight on my back like a bare-ball and it hurts.

Come to think of it i didn't drink much water today, just had creatine and an oats /whey shake and then PWO.
