Reality. Here's the kicker what women think is muscular is different from what men want to believe muscular is. Most women prefer a swimmer or gymnast type body over a bodybuilder or powerlifter. Women love muscle just not the kind you're trying to achieve

You can get a gymnast or ottermode phyisque by lifting.. just 1 hour in the gym or less a few days a week and have a diet to back that up, boom you get that physique.
