Don't flip your eggs, instead put a lid on the fry pan and cook them throughout with steam, without making them look like shit.
Cook more bacon, it's delicious and good for you.

I think you just need to start eating in the morning and train your body to expect food so that it gets hungry around that time. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

That bacon and the bread isn't burnt, but yeah the eggs are overdone.

protip for cooking eggs: use lots of oil, do it on super high heat, and flick the oil onto the top of the egg. It cooks the top at the same time as the bottom so it doesn't end up getting crispy. The covering of the yolk can start to turn white but as long as you don't do it for way too long it's still nice and runny on the inside when you slap it down on your plate.

Most mass produced bread is bad; its empty calories with way too much sugar in it. My father used to work at a bread factory, and the bad thing is they basically use the same shit for both commercially sold white AND brown bread. Bags and bags of sugar into everything.

Stuff like pic related is perfectly fine though. Also has quite a bit of protein and tastes so fucking good. Its blurry, but its like 3.1g sugar per 100g.

I take back my statement about the sugar because I just looked it up and turns out the generic shit (kingsmill and hovis in the UK) actually doesn't have much more sugar than the one I posted (1.7g per slice), however its still true that a lot of bread has no real nutrition.

Bread is fine to eat but I urge you to buy shit like rye bread over white bread.
