fuck is tdee? I've cleaned up my diet but I know that I am not getting enough protein. I lift 5-6 times a week.

they replaced a majority of the whey protein isolate.....meaning they lowered the quality.

Soy lecithin doesn't contain any allergens, and iirc, it contains significantly less phytoestrogens compared to unprocessed soy.

It's only included to instantize the protein shake (make it not clump when mixed). Other lecithins exist, but they are more expensive. Because of this, most instantized protein powders contain soy lecithin or no lecithin of any kind (the non-instantized powders are much rarer)

Tl;Dr: it won't kill your gains

I personally use TWO SCOOPS (c'mon), 1 tbsp peanut butter, a small amount of oats (for texture, no it doesn't feel like drinking sand) 3 ice cubes, and around a cup of whole milk. It has enough calories to replace a meal, but I typically include it with my breakfast.
