It's a decision-making platform on blockchain, dumbass. Organizations that want to hold an election/make some decision can buy the HST tokens and use the voting platform.

Why would they use HST? It's way cheaper than the conventional voting system. Also more efficient, more transparent etc. Most important is they will save money by using HST platform.
