Here's what's happening, a minority are able to access BitFinex, I have lost a small amount of Bitcoin along with BitcoinCash, someone I know also has reported of his Bitcoin being stolen too. If anyone is in the same situation as us, let people know. Bitfinexx are silent on this issue currently. But whatever is happening it's not a 10min scheduled maintenance, but has turned into a hack backed by a ddoss attack.
