I honestly don't even know what a stop loss is. I am feeling manic and pushed some ETH to bittrex and bought XLM.

ok, dont worry about it. you can google how to set a stop loss on whatever exchange you are on.

it basically is a trigger that says if the price gets as low as x, sell this many for y.
You set it at 710 because that level will let you retain gains before hitting a support level where you can buy back if you want.
if you set it right under the current price and hourly fluctuations will liquidate your coins and if it moves the next hour you get fucked and miss out.

just relax and let it ride for a few days. If it dips below what you spent on it, just HOLD and it will come back to that price eventually.
NEVER panic sell. You almost always regret it.
