They are working on lightning for some reason so I guess it could be for other cryptos.
Mainly they are getting partnerships ready with big names to make a new payment system.
I'll try to find the IBM tweet that said they were hiring for their new payments system. Somebody asked if the job would involve Lumens, and the guy said that Lumens are heavily involved in the project so its a good bet anybody applying will be working with them.
Very promising stuff.
There is another conference for them on the 7th too.
