>What the FUCK? What rules books do I actually need? pastebin.com/6AGsum1s (embed) (Short version: 2007 edition of the rulebook, 2010 Update, and Armada) Revised is a set of fan-rules, written almost entirely by a Dark Eldar player. It shows.
>Where can I find physical miniatures to use/proxy with? pastebin.com/jC96JeMV (embed) (But we always need more - Feel free to chip in with others you've found in-thread) Also looking for more non-GW minis suitable for running boarding party games.
>Playing against Orks >LC and 3 Escorts both >His 3 escorts ram my LC >All 3 survive >My LC does not >My LC was forward facing and thrusting against 2 of them
Why is this allowed? Everything I've played against I have found balanced. Orks being able to essentially 3 shot an LC without even BRB is pretty fucking stupid though. I'd understand if it were a Cruiser or even a Light Cruiser, but this is fucking ridiculous.

How did they hit you? Were you not boosting/teleporting/stasising them?

The question is not why the Orks can easily ram shit to death. The question is why were YOU in Orks ramming distance?

Does the "Inquisitional Suite" add crew skillpoints beyond 3?

The voices of Abaddon and Chaos dudes are just awful and derpy And the bloody lines they game them. They are so generic and cartoony.
Also Admiral Spire is one big mary sue.

Heretic fag actually.
I'm still trying to get out of my tabletop days of Gothic, where I ran a Close Quarters Chaos fleet most of the time.
See above.
It's still a shitty tactic, and everyone and their mother is playing Ork now. I have good matches against everyone else. Though the Eldar just get shit on usually, which is just as disappointing as Ork rammin'.
