You need to pick between either [Threat], [Crash] or [Chipless] - you only get one. I mean, I can apply all of them but you'd only get +1 CS even with all those drawbacks.
You've also got [Melee+1] as a skill - I need to see that to give you the +1 bonus to melee'ing things, please add it to the stat-block; makes for easier house-keeping on my end.

I did it by hand for the first map. This drove me /stark/ raving mad.
Now I use a photoshop filter by applying a [Stroke] effect to a basic 9 px brush.
Size 6, position outside, opacity 100, blend mode normal - [Stroke].
I toss in a [Drop Shadow] with an offset and a slightly lower opacity to make it pop a little more, but that's not neccessary. ---
Another man falls; this one with broken arms and broken limbs and a shattered wrist and... I hope they have good medical around here.
