You can stake with any amount of ARK but it'd be worth it to have at least a couple hundred ARK, preferably a couple thousand before you get into really nice passive income.

You can't not stake with your whole balance, unless you keep your ark separated in different wallets. Voting will automatically stake all the ark you have in a wallet.

It really just depends on how much you have. Currently it takes 1 single ARK to vote for a delegate; some people who hold a smaller amount would take a while making this back in staking. This of course is only until the system is updated and it will then cost much less (.1 ARK)

Meh, you'll probably get a lot of people shilling you on biz classic delegate because of where you are, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you look at that calculator you'll see that biz classic would actually give you the smallest payout. Some of the other delegates would give you about 1 ARK per week. I vote for Dutch Delegate, myself. At the time it was the most profitable, and it's still near the most profitable. Works for me.

Also, the biz faucet is literally free money so you can imagine how small the payouts are. that's about 3x nothing, still leaves you with nothing. And seriously, how often are you going to click a button every day? you'll get fed up and forget about it.
