There's been a huge number of people complaining they can't withdraw any money due to not having a 'verified account'.
People tried to complain on their subreddit, and bittrex actually mailed Reddit asking them to delete the sub.
I've used bittrex a lot in the past and had no issues.
I've moved all my alts off the exchange and onto binance until I get a decent wallet for them.

Had the same problem when I first made my account and tried to instantly withdraw ANT. Got through the procedure in 20 min. and everything was fine.

It's just that we're getting into mass adoption with lots of (impatient) dumbasses trying to get a feet into crypto.

They're making an effort to crack down on KYC (know your customer) and other restrictions, compliances, etc. probably to ensure they are one of the few exchanges left alive after the SEC and IRS decide to buttfuck all of crypto in the U.S.

I've been a customer for a few years now and had all my withdrawls cut off out of nowhere, without warning. I eventually submitted to getting enhanced verification just to get all my funds out of there immediately.

Glad I took out everything before they decided to turn my legacy account into pajeet tier account.

Buttrex has been de-verifying verified accounts.
Buttrex also has over a month backlog of answering customer support tickets.
Put 2 and 2 together.
Forget about cashing out.
People can't even crypto out.

Meanwhile binance customer support answers the same day no matter how low severity the issue is.

Buttrex is very poorly managed. Either that or they are trying to hide being hacked and insolvent, or that they are exit scamming.
