Is there any way to get a refund on a trade? The price of my coin is 15% less than I bought it yesterday and I'd like to take it back to buy in lower. A partial refund would be fine.

Depends on the exchange. Just ask the support, on most exchanges they refund your purchase up to 7 days back.
