The Corsairs are just for roleplaying and embelishment.
They are not really a threat.

Then for the purposes of roleplay, my character wants to kill the corsairs. If I get an expansion roll as well, then I march on Haradrim.

I used Gondor's roll for expansion, since it feels wrong to have them not play for 2 turns.
