The Cultists mainly hang around for protection and serve as man power and spies, the Terminators/raptors are the enforcers of the harsh law of the warband, while the Obliterators, Decimators and Helbrutes are all locked up. The Leaders and Elite mostly sulk around and are too busy leading what is practically a subsector.
