What's the most american setting you can think of?
What's the most american setting you can think of?
America
X-Crawl
Walmart Apocalypse
Deadlands
South America
Andoran in Golarion (Pathfinder Inner Sea Setting)
ISQ.
... I'm thinking this nation is inspired by France rather than America.
Do those hats give any bonuses?
Someone concert that shot to 5e
Andoran is definitely America during its Revolutionary Days. Golarion has its France equivalent though, since everything in the setting in the damn setting seems to be a pretty blatant nod to real-world history or stereotypes
I'm rather glad I don't play Pathfinder. Sounds lik exasperating setting, on top of a clusterfuck of rules.
I assume you "convert that shit?"
Just use the fluff and replace any mechanics with the appropriate 5e ones.
This. Deadlands for sure.
If not Deadlands, then Car Wars/Autoduel, which is basically a near-future wild west with cars.
The back of a giant bald eagle.
It eagles, all the way down!
reality
Aren't those things going extinct?
The default Mutant and Mastermind setting is litterally called Freedom City. And iirc there's a NPC called the Patriot.
Legend of the five rings
that sounds like city of heroes, what was the face hero's name again?
Statesman.
And his arch-nemesis is Lord Recluse.
>In wartime, hats were a useful way of conferring rank, and ensuring that casualties were confined to the lower classes (hence the famous command of “Don't fire till you see the tops of their heads” at the Battle of Bunker Hill by William Prescott, a general renowned for only shooting enemy combatants who were poor). During peacetime, hats have been instrumental for men to let the non-hatted know just who is wearing the hat around here.
fallout
I think Galt is supposed to be revolutionary France. God I hate Golarion!
