I bought the box with Chaplain, Captain and Librarian.
Should I hold off on using the libby as an HQ and get more for a Conclave, or is that maximum faggotry? I was thinking it might help against the Eldar meta in my area.

Conclave isn't a problem if you don't use invisibility. Just don't do that.
