I think they can't beat Melody or Falchion, but Caldera is an incredible choice for the powerhungry anons who still want a sweet waifu. Lyze is a no-no, seems too obsessed with her past glory even though she denies it and might just be a yandere.

Caldera is really cute and I liked Lyze up until her offer when she revealed she's actually still evil and wants you to murder people for her. That's just too far. There's no sweet redemption angle here anymore with that part, she's just a horrible monster that needs to die.

The Lavalands aren't a rich or powerful country. It's just a fiery wasteland. The locals can only manage to live there because they're so low maintenance. Other than getting a fancy crown and maybe leading parades or giving speeches, there's not a whole lot to do with 'em.

It's possible to get willing statues in theory, if they don't age while stone you can sell it as a working alternative to cryogenics. All you'd have to do is protect them from erosion and you can unstone them a few decades in the future with no harm done. In the meantime, they're fancy lawn gnomes.

You can even offer it to the terminally ill to give them a chance to live long enough for cures for their problems to be invented.

Personally, I'd probably pull a Great Hunter, with more powers = more responsibility.
So you can be Daredevil/the Punisher and have no nemesi, or be a Superman-tier Hero, but when aliens invade / meteors, you have to do that shit.

Echidna, the "Mother of Monsters" and Medusa's canonical grandmother, was exactly what you would call a lamia. The upper half of a "beautiful maiden" and the lower of a "terrible snake". She's not typically associated with snake-like hair either.

I like Caldera and Lyre. I might even say that Caldera's better than Melody. It's a tough call, but the people deserve a strong leader, and I'd be glad to help. Lyre isn't a top pick for me, but I'm glad for the bonus option; it definitely makes me like her more.

I don't believe she was put in a position to seriously change that part of herself, or that she's had enough time to reflect and strive for improvement, given that she basically hopped out of a two thousand year time skip just in time for breakfast. Like I said, if she didn't mention anything like that, I'd just think she's a liar. As it is, she has her vices, but has given legitimate thought and declined to continue some of the more troublesome ones.

Large numbers of very distinct options makes this CYOA, it's more a waifu presenting template then anything else. Cutting down on that range of options because user cried about it will hurt more then it helps IMO. Also, watching the firestorm is fun in and of itself.

Sigurd family got killed in a monster attack when he was still a child, this originally left him with an intense hatred towards all monster. This hatred eventually died down as a wandering druid taught him that monsters are just another part of nature and to let his hatred go. Now he’s on a quest to learn as much as he can about monster for UNDERSTANDING.

His fighting style revolves around combining multiple different monster abilities to create unique effects. This requires a large amount of magical control and concentration which is why the magic refinement course is pretty important.

As he learns more about monsters and nature he’s slowly shifting his body into a monster human hybrid form, he gains things like retractable claws, a tail, a third monster eye with heath vision or something fancy like that, maybe wings eventually. This is actually something that’s happening unconscious, because of all his study into monster biology, but even after he notices he doesn’t really mind.

His hobby is reading amateur fiction novel. If they would exist he would enjoy watching B rate movies.

All suggestions for monster magic combination or useful monster parts are welcome.

Eydal will be my go to sword in a pinch as well as a trainer in duelling and martial combat, Suzette and I will practice magic together, and Sera can help me in healing.

While all the students were casting arcane bolts, Uzgur still could not create a wisp of arcane. I though, perhaps mother was right, an orc can't cast magic! But I couldn't go home, and my professors recommended hitting the books and asking for help. And I did. With a couple lessons I finally could cast, and got back those snarky and stuck up nobles with my fast spells. I'm still an orc at heart though, and we're not too friendly with others- I made a few, good friends. The exchange program was really neat, St. Flares are awful nice, and I like the Druidic magic too.

Yeah, large and diverse were traits I had most in mind when making this.

It's fine if some have a problem; they don't have to pick her. Plenty of people were fine with Kevorkian. Plus, Lyze is doing better than killing them in that she could release them after a few hundred years to rotate in some new statues. This could actually go so far as to save lives. As long as some like her, that's fine. She doesn't have to be everyone's cup of tea.

I personally second that user's idea: the stronger we get to be the more responsibility we take. You could be a weaker superhero and go fight petty crime/ live an easier life, or you could be a superman-tier superhero and know that your assistance is required during each great threat.
