Choosing a Meta: When a meta is picked, your base stats will be determined, and will establish this character for the rest of the game.
Choosing a class: This is a less difficult decision since classes can be picked and changed per battle and sometimes changed mid battle. A player picking a certain class will learn 2 of it's class skills upon creation and learns 1 after each battle they participate in.
Choosing a loadout: Loadouts determins your equipment for you class. While it's possible to wield any weapon in the game, you must pick within your class upon mission start unless you have some weapons already in your possession.
