Not gonna lie here. "King of Frogs" is actually a great name for a villain NPC.

I've always kinda wanted to try running a fantasy game in a sort of folktale-style setting.

The Frogs value toad blood over actual merit when it comes to their leaders and nobility. The ruling class is primarily comprised of half-toads. The efficiency of the empire suffers as a result
