Your name is Amy Nakamura, a 17 year old void Oni, and you place both of your hands along your cousin’s sides and begin to tickle her viciously. She doesn’t react at first, but then ears and tail start going crazy. Then she bursts out laughing, huge belly laughs. You wish Trish was this ticklish… Sitting up with your giggling cousin you manage to get her awake and off of you. You stretch, easing out all of the soreness you’ve accumulated over the night. You crane your head about the room looking for Trish…
She’s not in her bed…
Ah fuck…
You see her familiar tiny form standing in the doorway with her phone out, pointed at the both of you. She probably just recorded all of that….
>Throw a pillow at her. Surprise attack! 4AM though, so I'll have to leave the rest to other anons.

You sit up fully, grab the pillow under your cousin’s butt, and throw it at Trish. It collides with her tiny frame and sends her flying out of the room. You hear a loud thump and an accompanying groan. This is exactly the moment that Yuki decides to wake up completely, she blinks her eyes owlishly and peers around the room.
“Uh Amy? Did you just throw that pillow into Trish? Like really hard?”
“She’ll be fine.” You say as you brush off her concern. To solidify your statement Trish starts laughing quietly outside the room. “See? She’s completely fine.”
“Uh, suuuure. Whatever you say.”

“Alrighty girls, we’re starting this day right!” You say as you grab your cousin and haphazardly throw her over your shoulder.
“W-what are you doing!?”
“Getting the day started!” You reply as you walk out of the room and stoop down to throw Trish over your other shoulder.
“Is she always this weird?” Your cousin asks.
“Nah, this is weird even for her. Amy is anything bothering you? You seemed kind of restless last night.”
“She did?”
“Yeah, but you were too busy sleep fondling your own cousin to notice.” Yuki isn’t able to make a comeback over her sputtering.

“I, uh, had a weird vision deal last night… BUT the real details can wait until after breakfast.” You can’t see your companion’s faces, but you imagine from the silence on your shoulders that they’re quite shocked.
“Amy… That’s not a small deal at all. My mom gets visions sometimes, they’re always a big deal.” Yuki says.
“The fox is right, this isn’t some small deal.”
“Sure, sure. But we’re eating breakfast first.” You say resolutely.

“I need something with meat in it for breakfast.” You declare loudly as the three of you make it to the kitchen.
“I’m liking where this is going.” Trish says as she starts up the coffee machine.
“…How much meat exactly?” Your cousin says with some trepidation in her voice.
“I’m cooking all of it.” You tell her.
“No you’re not.” Trish says with her back turned to you.
“I guess I’m not, I’ll just make some eggs to go with then.” You tell her as you start getting all the materials out.

You cook the eggs over easy and fry up the bacon to the best of your considerable culinary skills. Bacon and eggs is a classic, however you can always improve the classics. You get out six pieces of bread and two by two plop them into the toaster. You butter each piece and carefully place one of the eggs and some of the bacon into each pair of toasts. Breakfast bacon and egg sandwiches, a great start to any day. You hand one to Trish and Yuki and promptly start to eat yours. Trish eats just as fast as you do, but Yuki starts out slower. Besides last night she’s never really eaten your cooking, if you recall correctly she’s been on some sort of health food kick for years.
“Eat it, she may be dumb, but Amy can cook like a pro.” Trish says. Yuki finally relents and begins to eat in earnest. The three of you quickly polish off your breakfast and lean back in the kitchen chairs, full and content.
“Amy, you need to tell us what that vision was about. You aren’t getting out of this.” Trish says sternly
>What say?
Lucas Turner
"Yeah, yeah. I wasn't planning on it. So there is something around here. Hunting. It was once sapient, but no longer. It seems to crave the flesh of those like us. I think the reason I got the vision is to protect you, Trish. So, I would ask both your leave and aid in hunting it, my master."
Brody Scott
I'm going to leave this opne longer. I typically get more than one response for write-is so I'm leery having one person decide what you guys say.

Yeah, I'll just second this, although, I think it might technically be sapient, if a bestial sapience. Maybe a wendigo of some kind?

“It was weird Trish. It was like I was in the mind of this weird… Thing. It was gone, deranged, I felt something left of its mind but it was a shadow. I think it was human once.”
“So you were inside of some sort of inhuman, thing? Could you control it?”
“No, it was more like watching a video, except I couldn’t stop and I could feel it all. That’s not really a great analogy, but the point is I’ve never felt like that before.”
“Why did you have this vision y’think?” Trish asks.
“I dunno, I think it’s because the creature or whatever it is will run into you sometime. It felt hungry… really hungry, and from what I could tell it preferred the taste of things with non-human or magic blood. It was really strange. It was honestly the scariest thing that’s happened to me in a long time.” A deep silence falls over the kitchen, Trish is furrowing her brow and drinking coffee while Yuki has turned pale, her ears pulled backwards.
“What do you think we should do Amy?” Yuki asks you.

“Trish?” You ask turning towards your Lord. She doesn’t respond immediately, she takes her time, choosing her words carefully. Which is odd for her, she usually just says what’s on her mind. You’dve said she was hiding her emotions, but she really can’t hide them from you and she knows that. You feel the tension coiling up inside of her heart, she’s worried.
“Alright, we’re making a circuit. First we’re going to go see Christin, and then we’re going to go see Kondo.”
“We should probably talk to Charles too, I saw him in the vision last night as well.”
“Add it to the list then, but first I’m taking a shower, you two should too.” She says promptly before putting her dishes in the sink and heading over back up the stairs. Another silence passes over the room, the akward tension increasing tenfold with it just being you and your cousin in the room.
“Amy, if you need to talk about it I’m right here.” Yuki says.
>Vent a little.
>DISTRACT YOURSELF WITH GAINS.
>Something else/what say?

“Alright Yuki, we’re gonna get swole.” You tell your cousin.
“Swole…”
“Yep, swole, and you can’t say no.”
“N-“ You stop her before she can open her mouth by grabbing her and tossing her over your shoulder again. You move into the living room and quickly get all the furniture out of the way.
“First it’s a hundred pushups”
“A-a hundred!?”
“Mhm, followed by some stretching and a hundred situps.”
“That’s it right”
