First for righteously defending mankind's future.

What should I name a Reaver Titan? I was thinking Quimagna Dentes.

Yeah heavy flamers fit better than the plasma. Thanks. I want a fluffy list but also one that is not terrible. 20 man blobs advancing into areas burning with phosphex feels very Death Guard to me. The rhinos might be a stronger option though.

Lux Aeterna

Aeon Flux

Thanks for the names, guys.

Fons Pietatis

So do I just use whatever comes from Mozart's Requiem for Titan names?

Yes.

That makes my life a whole lot easier.

Reposting user's nice screenshot that shows that Empy is the one and true savior of Mankind, and his failure still pains him.

wonder when that plastic spartan is coming out...

Uni, that link doesn't work.

>tfw finished the last model in my army today

Now I just have to touch up my first squads to make them look as good as my later models.

Any advice on making a Mechanicum Legio Cybernetica army?

You need more robots, preferably all of the robots.

>the last model in my army

Haha, good one mate

Does that include Domitars?

Robots can't score, so you'll need either tech zombies or thallax for that

Alternatively just build a force built to table your opponent, then run a WE allied detachment and play as the Sarum tech priests

Take victory through blood or not at all, power demands sacrifice

Well some armies use their compulsory squads as scoring tax, meaning that's a certain fraction of the army that isn't being used to kill the enemy, and Cybernethica has gimmicks like 24" range cybertheurgy (Thanatar Cynix with 8 plasma shots) and Scoria's pseudo-cortex primus exclusive power. So yeah, it could very much work.

Which book is the one about Blackshields?

Book 6 Retribution

Thanks.

I'l probably bring Thallax for that and y'know, having units that can actually get around without fucking lumbering about.

>Thanatar Cynix with 8 plasma shots
>mfw

>Well some armies use their compulsory squads as scoring tax

While thats certainly true for most armies, part of the Cybernetica cortex rules says that Robots can never score, regardless of their battlefield role, so its entirely possible to have a legio cybernetica army that cannot hold points

I meant it as "this legion harmy has 300 pts of taxicals, while this Cybernethica army, knowing their robots can't score, doesn't even care and invested 325 pts into five Voraxii that have S6 AP2 at I5 to kill those marines".

And then Scoria makes a WHOLE squad of those guys reroll ones to hit, +1 to charge range (which fleet can reroll) and I6, because "fuck you, I'm Scoria".

But some armies, like the Cybernethica themselves may forfeit their scoring capabilities for balls out power, like the WE's Inductii tacticals (100 attacks on the charge.)

Still no Angels of Caliban epub?

Played a bunch of 40k during the weekend, brought my HH World Eaters and finally got to play a few games with them after spending the last few months building and assembling them.

Angron was awesome. Over the weekend and a few Apoc games his kill count was:
1 Stompa
1 Eldar Scorpion Tank
1 Avatar of Khaine
1 Warboss
1 DE Succubus and Incubi squad
1 Keeper of Secrets
1 Riptide
1 Old one eye

Overall love him and my world eaters, getting hatred is just so freaking useful on my squads, especially my terminators as WS 5 hatred sarges with powerfists are especially dangerous and catch my opponents of guard a lot, fnp from apothecaries gives my tactical squads some nice survivability and contemptor dreads are love and life.

Overall 10/10 would rage again...

Do people now refuse to play you because '30k is OP'?

That is pretty impressive...

>they let his ultra-mega beatstick get into close combat
>they didn't kite him and obliterate him from range
>abooboo why your Lord of War who is an obscene amount of points beat my dudes
These people are worse than the Dark Gods.

No, in fact my playgroup firmly understands that 30k is kinda underpowered when fighting 40k. HH only comes into its own in mega battles and higher point games and they all know that my WE only really have a chance at anything over 1850, so if I'm playing 1500 or less its me having the under powered force and the tables turn.

Basically its a give or take for the playgroup. Its fully painted and fluffy out the ass so there really isnt much to complain about on that front. The only thing they dont really like is taking 2-3 Ceremite land raiders every game so I switch between more dreads, flyers, or drop pods with my tacticals to mix things up. While I win games its usually a blood bath for both sides and KP games get pretty high on both sides, so it feels like shit is happening so no one really objects.

The only guy that complained was the guy trying to play HH Iron Hands in 40k as he was getting his ass kicked by demons, I think he was alittle salty though.

>Its fully painted and fluffy out the ass so there really isnt much to complain about on that front. The only thing they dont really like is taking 2-3 Ceremite land raiders every game so I switch between more dreads, flyers, or drop pods with my tacticals to mix things up.
888/888 would collect skulls with.

Nice.

Love the kill count, that's how Angron should spend his weekends (kind of surprised it's only 1 riptide though)

Get outta here, you Fist players. At least half of you need to leave to balance this shit out.

>1 Stompa
>1 Eldar Scorpion Tank
>1 Riptide
>1 Old One Eye
I'm curious about these, but mostly in the last two. How do you forge the narrative with those two kills? The Riptide is a count as for a different Xeno race?
Nice flgs you got there.

Anyone know if this is sold anywhere? I know a guy who has it framed, but he traded for it. It's out of HH1 I believe

>How do you forge the narrative with those two kills?
Maybe they just played a game and didn't worry about it? Not every warhammer game requires a detailed narrative explaining the armies being used.

As in, without a previously published book about those specific armies fighting?
kek

He’s not exactly dead in the 41st millennium!

forgeworld.co.uk/en-NO/The-Forge-World-Bulletin/2016/06/20/In-the-Age-of-Darkness?utm_campaign=legionarmylist&utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Facebook&_requestid=5262 book is coming out!

>another version
I want this ruse cruise to fucking end

Who else is getting the shop exclusive praetor this weekend? I'm going down to my local shop tomorrow to see if I can reserve one

I'm also going to get the start collecting chaos space marines and thousand sons upgrade kit because I'm a masochist who doesn't have enough plastic terminator lords

They're even including the stuff from HH6.

If it helps, the final version of the rules will probably have some mistakes as well.

So what does that mean?

And tehn Book 7 will come out and there'll be 3 or 4 new units in it and those books will be obsolete because they won't have Thousand sons and space wolf rules and the cycle will continue.

I'm going to pay £32 for new jetbike and stormbird rules

Why forgeworld

Welp, I just bought book 6. Guess I'll wait for the next one

I am. But my shop is organising "events" so I hope you don't have to participate in those events to get him, like a painting competition or whatnot. I litteraly will grab him and go to the airport to start a job on the other half of the world.

It had to be done.

Don't bother, it's shit.

Also the stupidest reason they let Curze live

Wha-? No it didn't.
Back in the day everybody was asking for his holy work because we didn't know where he was. But he's always with us, we know that now.
Here's part one :^) Made them a long ago

why care at all if some random fight fits fluff

I don't know why, but every time someone posts the general picture with a news overlay I can't stop laughing

It's usually the newsreel underneath that gets me

At least it's almost definite they're never adding more shit to Solar Auxilia and Militia/Warp Cults.

I still have as yet to dedicate to buying a Mechanicum book because just when I thought the Taghmata list is done Warhammerfest or whatever it is happens and Book 6 comes out and now they're missing the fucking Arlatax and whatever that flying bot is gonna be.

I doubt they'd risk missing out on sales by doing something like that

He has a name now: it's Endryd Haar.
>Word Bearers, seek the truth!

>Scoria
Winner winner, entropic dinner.
>Not this meme again
I wasn't even asking for an army! I merely posted part 1 of the newsreel shown in

There you go, your legion is the hotpockets

>Solar Auxilia
>Some guys fanfic that somehow made it into the game
I dunno, I feel like they're a far more fleshed out Militarum Tempestus.

>Militia and cults=PDF's
>T4 power armoured niggas that needed the cooperation of elements from three legions, plus Imperial Army to defeat them
>"PDF"s
Militia & Cults encompass everything from chaos renegades to pseudo-marines

I dont think so, the Imperial Army isnt some uniform group of soldiers, the army is still revolving around each planet giving entire armies to the crusade in the same manner as the Imperial Guard deals with regiments the difference being each army can be an independent entity and work on its own instead of having to be a regiment in an army. In that regard I think the Militia list is good enough to represent that and FW should just focus on giving it more provenances to fit a theme, like one for Tallarn that makes Leman Russes non-scoring troops.

Militarum tempestus is a weird concept to begin with, It would be like chaos chosen or space marine veterans getting their own army, but Solar Auxilia just came out of nowhere and now get a fair amount of focus in the black books.

>battle memes

Well that's a little dissapointing, as it sort of dashes my hopes for a real Imperial army list, instead we're stuck with this clusterfuck of a list that will probably never be updated again

>will probably never be updated again
^This. You need four fucking books to play space marines (LACAL, HH5, HH6, AoD), but the Militia list in book 5 was pretty much half-assed.
>FW should just focus on giving it more provenances to fit a theme, like one for Tallarn that makes Leman Russes non-scoring troops.
Somebody listen to this dude.
Moar Provenances

pretty much half-assed? thats a bit generous

I'm pretty sure they got kids from the local school there for work experience to write that list

Some units didn't even have fucking point values

>Some units didn't even have fucking point values
Precisely.
I hope they get updated as, currently, the supposed "hosts of the Imperium" can be outnumbered by the "few and elite" SA, as they can bring 180 dudes as troops with 9 Dracosan DTs (or nine Aegis lines that don't use a Fortification slot), as well as three superheavies as regular Heavy choices, plus another two as a LoW choice and a proper Fortification detachment.

Try outnumbering that shit.

Each and every single one of you deserve to give Morty a sponge bath with your tongues.

->>I wasn't even asking for an army! I merely posted part 1 of the newsreel shown in

Um, which legion is the fun allowed one?

Dark Angels?

Your dubs decided it.

Sorry, Al. Didn't mean to include you.

>Dark Angels
>fun allowed

You think the teutonic knights in space allow fun?

No, the fun allowed legion is the White Scars. Poetry, bike, and bitches galore.

I'd say it's the Space Wolves but fucking dogs isn't really my thing

Agreed, with the obscured section too.
Maybe TS if studying and PERFORMING WITCHERY is your thing.
Or Imperial Fists if "not having fun" is how funny to you, as well as masochism.
