None of these would see any play except for maybe thought steel, and goyf in wierd zoo variants, but maybe not even then
They would be replaced with budget/worse versions in their given decks, (Thunder is nearly worse than shock), and the only deck taking a true massive hit would be affinity and maybe jund. Snap's removal would hurt, but the decks he's played in could likely function without him.

It's removal for creatures with 3 toughness over two, but I agree, it's unplayable garbage

Well, it's been a long time coming, but I'm finally doing it. I'm selling my prized collection to buy into jund. My one concern are my snap caster mages. I'm hesitant to sell them, but they would really help with buying a goyf or lilo.
Basically, should I sell my snaps now or hold on?
