If she's the guild's boss, I'd be more concerned about her ordering her minions to take you out into some alley and beat you for insolence. That, or just kicking you in the head.

Just keep rolling your dice until you get a natural 20, then announce that you just rolled a natural 20 to seduce her. Not even the DM could argue with that.
I've quietly broached the topic of glue factory with some of the other guys but I'm kind of an outsider in this group and solo shenanigans sounds depressing.
That's it though, I'd be fine if she kicked me to death or demoted me or whatever, but the DM just told me I wasn't allowed to do it. That's a tad too much like a video game.
