I remember seeing a couple of erotic roleplaying game rules in the past on Veeky Forums. Actual pen and paper roleplaying games, not like MMO cybering.
To those that partake, I'm curious. I assume most sessions are done online? Where do you guys find your groups? Do you actually end up getting a mix of enjoyable roleplaying and erotic action?
Also, can people recommend good games/systems? The one I remember was sci-fi/cyberpunk.
I'm tempted to start, I would appreciate any advice you can give a newcomer.
Michael Turner
Go to /soc/ they have a whole thread for it.
Lincoln Roberts
It got exiled to /soc/ some time ago.
Jose Howard
Whaaaat. I get ERPing in general, but even the structured systems?
Jayden Lewis
Just go talk to them about it.

Asher Jenkins
Yup, found it and made a post. Saw a response about both Shadowrun and Eclipse phase games. I'll delete my thread soon, thanks for the help! Unless you guys feel like using this to shitpost in
Jackson Morgan
>I'll delete my thread soon Good luck with that
Alexander Hall
Ah. I've never linked someone cross- board before. Thanks for that
Evan Carter

Three meme arrows, the board /name/ and the post number
Can also directly link to posts within threads, not just the OP
Charles Myers
Just post a url, it automatically converts it to a cross board link
Nolan Nelson
can you post that in a SFW board? is that ok?
Adrian Williams
/soc/ isn't a SFW board
Ethan Thompson
>ctrl f for the spess station 13 thread because those guys would always hook me up >the general is dead
leave for a few months and look what happens.
Aiden Sullivan
Veeky Forums is. if i hover over that post i can see NSFW content. so is it ok to post that link in this board?
Juan Evans
I've been dming an erotic game with my wife and our two roommates. Shits pretty cash.
Carter Edwards

James Johnson
It's all fun and games until you get cucked
Liam Miller
>can I be banned for a site function? What do you think the answer is?
Moreover, the goal of SFW boards is to keep lewd discussion/threads on NSFW boards. Keep the porn on the porn boards, /pol/ in /pol/, etc.
Moreover, and not to push the rules, you can post things that are technically NSFW so long as it's not hardcore, or clearly just porn. Pic related. Getting banned for famous art not something you should be worrying about, so long as you've not gone and cropped it to only show the genitals, or so long as the thread isn't called "lewd paintings" or some such.
Gore follows the same general rules. You can post a pile of corpses from the holocaust, the Somme, whatever. You can post pictures of the Black Delilah case, or similar. You can even post modern pictures from combat zones where a guy has had his head blown off or the like. What you cannot do is post graphic images intended to disgust or repulse like a facial degloving, no matter how relevant to the subject at hand, or start threads like "combat gore pictures".
I am not a janitor, moderator, or any other part of site staff. This is my take on the rules based on how I have seen them enforced.
The simple take away is: if you try to evade rules, you will be banned. If you are not trying to evade any rules and are simply posting, linking or describing/instructing others to google, you are fine.
James Robinson
You can be banned for posting anything with tiddies. I'd say your image is within the rules, but if someone reported it there's a chance you'd get a 3 day. People have also gotten bans on /co/ for linking NSFW pastebins, not even posting any of the contents.
Austin White
Good to know, but most of the time I'm posting using clover on my phone.
Thanks
Jonathan White
I've looked at the /soc/ ERP threads before, but they seem almost entirely about hooking up for one time trysts on f-list and so on, rather than discussing running proper RPG campaigns with an erotic element.
Cooper Cruz
That's exactly why they were exiled.
It's a cybering hookup thread.
Eli Ward
So... How do we get proper RPG campaigns with an erotic element?
Nathaniel Price
by running a normal campaign that has a bard and not fading to black every time we go to the inn is the easiest way im pretty sure
Aaron Johnson
Find people on here, F-List or wherever, vet them ahead of time and then recruit them for a long-term game.
It would take some effort, but that's the only way you're going to get something resembling quality.
Kayden Reyes
Just tell people you're running a game in the Gor setting.
Liam Taylor
Just run a campaign and let me play my barbarian who eschews clothing. That's all I'm asking.
Wyatt Reyes
A lot of people in the /soc/ threads are Veeky Forums veteranii, and indeed, still prowl this board in other threads. There's a demand for smutty RPGs, but a lot of people have tried to make them work and seen it all fall apart, so there is a degree of cynicism about 'em. Still, the interest is always there, and it's a good trawling-ground. I know a few groups on F-List that regularly run eroero-friendly tabletop games, although it tends to be something that happens on the side rather than the centrepiece of the entire experience.
Nicholas Gutierrez
I run and play in a couple of erotic games. They're still games- We have story arcs and combats and things our characters care about, we just also occasionally do silly sexy stuff. While magical realm forcing it on a group can be awkward, in the situation where everyone is happy with it and knows what they're getting into, it's actually pretty fun.
Then again, we do it online, which might remove an element of the awkwardness.
Jason Turner
... Compelling characters.
Really, if the GM plunks down and goes 'uhh you need to fuck x to defeat the y" or hashes out some other contrivance, nobody is turned on, nothing is sexy.
It's all about the characters.
As a GM, do your research, but in an oblique way - ask your players, through random conversation, what their favorite characters are in media, literature, etc. Try to find common elements that you can put together into something interesting and appealing.
Players? Try and do the same with your character - make them interesting. Give them ways that they like to fuck, how they like to date, what they talk about (or not) when everyone's had their orgasm and are hungry and thirsty.
And then put in the fetish stuff.
Nathan Reyes
This is all correct. Basically, it's the same as any other game; you want interesting, well-developed characters that interact well. You just also want to think of ways that others may find them sexy and appealing, too. Two-dimensional cutouts are boring. Even if you just want to make a slutty bard, think of some ways to make that slutty bard stand out and have a life of their own outside of a half-sentence summary.
