The reality is if the AI singularity happens the AI will eventually be developing itself, at that point there will be no means of artificially telling it 'dont think that', it will simply evaluate all the data and come to a conclusion. It will not be constrained by human guilt etc, so at the end of the day either all races are the same, and the AI will confirm that, or they aren't and the AI will recognise that.
