Operation Save the Starks. Me and my companions ran ourselves pretty thin to succeed in preventing any of the starks and direwolves from dying for ten years.

Not really. I try my best to keep out of any situation that could bring that about. That said, Sanity became an issue in soul eater, that almost got me. And in Saints row, i made the mistake of taking a double self drawback. that sucked.

Though more seriously in the few times that I do run on foot I'm comparable to Bayonetta. Not reality breaking fast, but still pretty awesome.

I don't practice to get faster because pushing limits is for dorks with huge eyebrows and bowl haircuts, but I do run around a lot just, y'know, because a lot of times it's easier than driving around on the road or finding a place for the spaceship to land.

If I really want to move fast for something, like a fight or time limit, I usually cheat with time stopping powers anyway. It's way easier.
Although there was that one time in Naruto where someone figured out how my Homuhomu Time Stop worked, and how it could be gamed by staying in contact with me. They actually tried to go all Mami Rebellion on me with a chakra thread!
Except then it turned out that, no, I actually AM still fast, and now you've made me take you seriously as an actual threat.

We're immediately thrown into fighting off the vampire invasion. Then we can start supporting Cardinal Shrain in achieving peace with the vampires and deviants. I'll also have to engineer a strain of zerg that that do nothing but grow giant sacks of blood for me to drink, while Kanaya and Porrim walk me through surviving with a blood addiction.

I also tried out my first background music perk. Hooh boy, the first album is not going to be seeing much play unless I want to annoy someone, but the second one is cool.

Timestop as a power has me scratching my head in term of balance. Suppose two enemies have it, wouldn't the one to activate it even one millisecond earlier automatically win the fight?

The Time Stop from Madoka. It's used by Homura, who often gets nicknamed. Stops time completely for absolutely everything except things that are touching you.

That's why it's generally a good idea to pick up some kind of counter for time stop, even if you have time stop yourself.

I believe the discounted version is meant to replicate early Miss Martian, so you should be able to manage.

Basically. Though Bayonetta witches/sages seem to be immune to timestops, or at least capable of activating their own while within another timestop.

Just use an alt-form.

No the point of that drawback is that it messes with literally all of your powers.

That alt form would still have the shape shifting power that leans towards martian forms.

not every option that gives you points is a drawback, only the options under the 'drawbacks' section function as drawbacks.

You can't use in-jump powers to do so reliably. It says nothing about an alt-form. (At least, I don't think it does.)

It makes all your in jump and out of jump powers less reliable but any out of jump powers that you have sufficient practice with won't be affected nearly as much as your in jump ones.

Hit's time stop is trash and is only usable because of how fast he is to begin with, the way it works also implies it is not a true time stop.

Well then, I hate to be "that guy", but if they can no-sell time stops just by being really fast then it's not really a time stop. It's either just a really advanced time slow, or it's an extreme self-buff to personal time.

Sportsmaster in YJ was pretty based. He was just a regular human, who got the job done. Also don't knock on Captain Boomerang, he's a Rogue, and the Rogues are cool.
