Bitcoin

Unless you want to go down when the bubble pops, you will have to decide now when you are going to sell it. If you don't, you'll just keep holding out of greed and you'll get fucked.

So when are you guys selling? I am selling when it reaches 15k.

I'm selling in 2024
Choo choo motherfucker

better sneak out before the whales do or hodl until about a year from now and pray

I'LL SELL AT 1 MILLION DOLLARS

100k

this^ check out this Greenspan video, he basically endorses bitcoin in the end

cnbc.com/2017/12/06/greenspan-compares-bitcoin-to-colonial-america-currency-that-eventually-became-worthless.html

I'll cash out half at 1 million.

has anyone actually lost money by just holding? It's not a loss until you sell, and on a long enough time frame, everything is a profit haha

Yea yea the bubble will pop at 30k and go all the way down to 15k. So worried

>green ID and digits
i'm with this guy

bitcoin will alçways stay relevant. wait until LIGHTNING NETWORK is released. All cryptos with segwit will be traded on it and bitcoin will become even more valuable. why would anyone sell, when we know more Tether was recently produced (which means it will keep going up). Even when it does go down, it's only a dip. It always goes back again. There's no point in even holding alts. If you're not trading to accumulate more BTC, there's something wrong with you. BTC is the only thing that matters. Do not sell, or you will be a sad pink wojak in the future.

>tfw knew about bitcoin for years but never got into it
>tfw downloaded coinbase a few months ago when it was $3500 and did nothing
>tfw finally invested $5000 for .4BTC yesterday

With my luck it will be back down to $1000 shortly

I'm never selling. Maybe it will be a rare thing in 50 years. First currency and all

How many times do we need to go about this?

Dude fucking tell me about it. I downloaded Coinbase when it was 1500 still and didn't buy in cuz I wanted to "research" first

I sold all my .3 BTC when it hit 8k.

Knowing my luck as well, I could buy 1 BTC and it will crash the day after

>BTC moons
>all my coins drop

I WANT THIS COIN DEAD

hey how does this lightning network actually work ? is it one network for all coins or only for bitcoin ?

You guys are just looking at the history of bitcoin

But now look at the history of bubbles in general, bitcoin has all the characteristics, it is 100% certain a bubble

That doens't mean I don't see a future in crypto in general, I am exchanging all my bitcoin for ethereum when it reaches 15k

>>tfw finally invested $5000 for .4BTC yesterday
>tfw got 0.1BTC for $100 that I found on the street.

for coins based on Bitcoin's code or something like that (I think they also need to be segwit compliant). I know litecoin will work with Lightning Network.

>comparing stock/commodity bubbles to new technology
i remember the facebook bubble of 2009, and the smartphone collapse of 2014, too.

Congrats friend

>Argues that its about new technology
>Defends a crypto completely out of date in tech

Sold around 12000 and now skittishly daytrading after realizing the exchanges aren't ready for the big one

You can't compare bitcoin alone to smartphones in general, because again, I see a future in cryptocurrency, but not in bitcoin

Tell me this, is Bitcoin the best in what it does, or are the cryptocurrencies out there that do it better?

Which coins have Segwit?

Dont sell your btc. Set a stop loss order as low as you are comfortable setting it to and get comfy.

I've been buying and selling small amounts of BTC and BCH periodically over the past 2 weeks. Made 2K! Not bad....

If I had just held it? 5 fucking k. Can't go straight up forever though.

>Stop losses when every exchange likes to conveniently stop working when a crash happens

For this you require to have your BTC on an exchange though right?

I'm selling all of my .0004 BTCs when it hits 20k.

BTC, LTC (I think), DGB (I'm pretty sure). Ripple's Network is also capable of merging with Lightning Network.

Weak hands M boy. Do you like to watch your wife be fucked by her boyfriend as well?

Ill sell some once it hits ~150k/200k. Then ill use it for real money when its about 1 million op

Stay deluded

So how do people cash out bitcoin?

>4824842
100k 1 , 200k 1 , 500k 1 1 million 1 and hold rest.

cashed out just below $10k
it's basically walking into a casino with your savings and putting it all on red at this point

I just sent 0.05 btc to my bitcoin mastercard.

cashed out at the local ATM 550eur.

you must be really retarded

you better hope bitcoin makes it to at least 150k bud
for all our sakes

Coinbase is not working now either.

How do you get a bitcoin MasterCard, Can you get one without I'd? Can I just order one online? If so from where ?

First time sending BTC, how long does it take to arrive from one address to another?

I'm used to ETH fast delivery, this shit has been taking more than 15min now and I'm worried, wut.

advcash.com/en/
no id needed.

hour or two

christ almighty

>ETH fast delivery
Obviously you've not sent any eth in the last 24h

>Finally buy 0.5 BTC yesterday
>It's already up nearly 1k Dollar

Thank you based Satoshi.

1 million dollars

I did, but I put that Gwei on 60 and gas price on 40k to send, 1$ fee. Fuck my life, but I really needed to sell and move my money into Tether, before this shit dips.

Hey Einstein, Bitcoin is at an all-time high. Literally no one who bought and held has lost money.

>cashing out to something that gets wrecked by cat pics
kek

You get used to the spastics eventually, user.

Fools im not gonna wave to you when passing you in my 5 lambos. Go for silver or black normie cars guys, that way you will be the most average fcks on this planet.

Seriously, go big now or dont even try later. Its not gonna be more easy than this boys...

Sell before they allow put options to be bought on it. Once they allow them expect the mempool to be in the millions of unconfirmed transactions with a fee of hundreds of dollars.

I'll sell at around $2 million, just so everything tax related is handled properly

Looks...interesting. still don't get it though. You just order a card from that site, & then what? You register for a account?

I'm looking at the BTC graph since inception and I'm not seeing any reason it would ever go to zero. Saying people need to "get out in time" is a meme.

And don't ever cash out just use SALT to access fiat and get around capital gains tax.

How do you use SALT to access fiat?

Give me your email and I'll send you a wallet address to send the coins to.
All I need after that is your location so I can western union it to you, just send the money back whenever you can pay it and I'll slowly return the coins

BTC is Jesus confirmed. Awakened from the Claws Of Death.

What's a wallet address?

McDonald's doesn't make the best burger, they just made it cheap, quick and were the first to make it big.

I'm a little worried about this too, but I'm thinking it will steady out at a good price rather than crashing

we'll see if the lighting network can help things

>So when are you guys selling? I am selling when it reaches 15k.

I know several people who sold at 10k

Their forced smiles become more apparent everyday

lightning network will push it back to 2013 / 14 when considering how cheap and fast it was, maybe better

if they sold everything they're stupid, I sold just as much as my initial investement, everything I hold from now can go 100% worthless and I never lost money

>le HODL squad
youtube.com/watch?v=cxfyGwFNc0A

I have auto-set to $1 million a coin. Will of iron. Hodl of steel.

>bitcoin is out of date and my shitcoin isn't
This is where you are wrong.

DON'T YOU NIGGERS GET IT? THERE IS NO BUBBLE TO POP. RETARDS HAVE BEEN SAYING THE SAME THING SINCE 2013, TELLING PEOPLE TO SELL IS B A D(!!) ADVICE.

what the fuck is this pajeet tier typing

but muh silver

and how many companies fell into oblivion after that bubble smartass

does anyone trade BTCUSD CFDs??
My broker just disabled trading (IC Markets) any ideas on a new broker i hear Trading 212 is good?

>He thinks BTC is the Amazon or Google of crypto

Both of those companies innovated and kept themselves relevant within the space. BTC pretty much has name recognition as its biggest thing going for it. Crypto is tech, and in tech you adapt and innovate or die

Not when it kills alts

Try reading faggot

Easy to hodl when it’s going up big boy, I remember saying this when Eth was on the path to 1000, corrected to 130 shortly after

Both of these generate cash flow
Both of these have intrinsic value as per fundamental analysis

Hodling until I can get a lambo for 1 btc

>This time is different: The Post

100k before EOY 2018. Hell, I think we'll be there before March.

>This time is different
You have no idea what that means do you?

t. illiterate amerimutt

>>This time is different: The Post
Yeah, THIS time it we wont have a gox tier crash, right?

OP STILL doesn't get it. Where we're going you won't need to sell. You're still thinking in the mindset that USD or whatever shitty currency you're used to is somehow superior.

A lot of people did, which is why it dropped by 10%. I also think the same will happen on 15k and 20k mark.

That is the scary thing. As the coins become increasingly worth more and more ,the preference to steal everythign increases

good job you piece of shit, you made it so volatile that entire systems are shitting themselves to the point of banning their use.

What I'm really wondering what a collapse would mean for the alt-coins. It seems to me BTC really pumps value into them via exchanges, so a BTC-collapse would mean a mess overall right?

I don't think you do

Bitcoin (the protocol/structure) would need to be compromised for that to be a relevant comparison. Mt. Gox was THE place people went to buy/sell/store Bitcoin. There's an entire ecosystem in place now for crypto exchange, and almost every one use BTC as the central 'base' currency. BTC is the currency of a whole economy now. And it's deflationary.

Betting against it in any way is betting against Cryptocurrency. That's a whole different discussion.

McDonald's has been bleeding money for a long time now and isn't growing.

Also people can choose to eat at multiple places. Nobody would willingly choose to use multiple different currencies

they are fucking dumb

it doesnt matter the volatility, the amount they make is increasing exponentially if they hold

That's pretty funny.

I only have 0.02 BTC, so I'm just going to sell now. I got it all from mining ETH it's basically pure profit. Unless BTC doubles in the next few months I won't be mad. But if it halves I will be.

i still don't get it.

this post proves that all the rabidly anti bitcoin autists are just daytrading altcoiners that are butthurt that normies and chads who showed up 2 months ago and bought bitcoin have made more money than they have this whole year trading shitcoins.

Bitcoin is not a currency.

When you look at the facts, there is a very high chance Bitcoin is in a bubble. That's all I am saying, I am not a prophet so I could be entirely wrong too.
