Roll a faction

Let's start with Space marines, shall we?
who wants to roll the first 1d10?

Rolled 67 (1d100)

Me

1d10, laddie.

though, i guess i could just use the tens digit for this. let's see...

> Counter - "There are Orks over here! Found a Chapter!" "But it'll take 50 ye-" "Do it!"

time for 1d100 next, for the time of chapter founding.

Rolled 24 (1d100)

No whamies

we came out in the 35th millennium. neato.

another 1d100, this time to see who our progenitor was.

Rolled 12 (1d100)

Show me the money

Ultrasmurfs. Why did it have to be ultrasmurfs?

alright, 1d10 for gene seed purity.

Rolled 68 (1d100)

Literal and spiritual lieges

Rolled 2 (1d10)

we are pure, indeed.

1d10 for demeanor.

Rolled 1 (1d10)

we are Swift as the Wind!

Now, seeing as how we're ultramarines, the table says we've got a 10% chance of getting a mutation. I'd say that would be a 1d100 with a threshold of 10, but I'm not entirely sure if the 'pure' roll from earlier makes it moot.

Rolled 52 (1d100)

do it

yeah, probably not mutated at all, vanilla face.

at any rate, it's a 1d100 to see what kind of hero of legend we have

Rolled 12 (1d100)

>A Battle-Brother seconded from a previous generation Successor or even the First Founding Legion that provided the new Chapter’s gene-seed. Roll again on this table to determine what type of warrior he was, rerolling if you get this result again.
roll it again.

Rolled 25 (1d100)

ok, so some previous chapter's Chapter Master got seconded to us. Go Team.

another 1d100 for the deed!

Rolled 17 (1d100)

Yup, he got to where he was by bitchslapping all the orks.

1d100 for our homeworld

Rolled 94 (1d100)

oh, wow, we're fleet based.

Quick, someone roll 1d10 to see how many ships we got.

and then roll 1d2 to see if battle ready(1) or damaged(2)

Rolled 5 (1d10)

Rolled 2 (1d2)

Looks like we're in pretty bad shape after some space battle.

right, give me a d10 for chapter organization.

Rolled 2 (1d10)

aye aye cap'n

well, looks like we're codex adherent, like papa smurf wanted it.

1d10 for combat doctrine.

Rolled 10 (1d10)

These guys are turning out pretty standard, huh

Terror tactics, eh?

give me a 1d100 for chapter belief

Rolled 22 (1d100)

codex adherent terror tactics? Shock an Awe? Total War?

Revere the Primarch.

Great, so we're vanilla marines.

Well, except for the terror tactics, I guess. Not sure what the codex says about terror tactics, but it probably does have something on psychological advantages in combat.

so 1d10 for chapter strength

Rolled 9 (1d10)

at the very least, lets reroll for beliefs

well, nominal strength, at the very least.

sure, reroll the belief

Rolled 27 (1d100)

Better be something cool

nope, still girlyman's bitches

roll 1d10 for allies

Rolled 9 (1d10)

10 or 100?

sorry, typo.
1d100

Rolled 100 (1d100)

If this is lame, just go with 90

we're friends with the Scholastica Psykana.

Oh boy, we've probably got really good Librarians.

alright, 1d100 for enemies.

Rolled 76 (1d100)

please, oh dice god, another hundred

too bad, we get to lock horns with a Daemon prince or some other disciple of Chaos.

summery time?

all in all, not that memorable a chapter

We can make it memorable!

Considering that they are friends with the Psykana and use terror tactics, they could use librarians to fuck with peoples minds! Probably one of there own went off and turned into a mighty chaos daemon or something, thus the enemy, like our own little fallen

A summary, if you please?

I think maybe OP abandoned us
