a question guys, right now summons and similar abilities follows the reinforcements rules and must be into the initial points count, but the question is,once those reserves come on the battelfield, and presume that they get wiped out, i can summon them again(and again) or once they are dead they stay dead? asking this for my vampire counts army and more specifically about the stormcasts formation with the baleful realmgate rule.

You cannot. The matched play rules never actually use the words summoning. It pretty simply states that if it doesn't start on the table, you gotta have its cost allotted. So a "re-summoned" unit isn't that unit, its another identical unit, which didn't start on the table.

Just follow the rules. If you bring a unit to the battlefield it costs points. It isn't that hard...

Nagash contacted Archaon and told him he is willing to betray Sigmar if Archaon spares Shyish and respects its sovereignty . Archaon "agrees".

Nagash betrays Sigmar at a crucial moment by letting his Allgate and Nexus gates be captured by Chaos and this causes the whole Allpoint to be lost to Chaos granting Archaon and his endless hosts full access to ALL the Realms.

Sigmar rages at this betrayal and pursues a fleeing Nagash to Shyish. Nagash spends his time fighting the Undead armies of Nagash and hunting for Nagash. By the time Sigmar awakens from his rage and realize the folly of him abandoing the fight against Chaos to pursue revenge, it's too late. The Realms have fallen or are being overrun by chaos. Sigmar withdraws from Shyish and takes with him all the Forces of Order Positioned there. Leaving Nagash alone to whatever fate awaits him.

Nagash now while thinking that he has won, is surprised when an expolsion rocks his Black Pyramid. The Skaven have arrived and they nuked his precious Pyramid. Soon after Archaon and his armies come in force from the Allpoint to conquer Shyish. Surprise Surprise, Like Nagash, Archaon is not a man of his word.

Without the help of Sigmar and the armies of order, the outcome of the resulting war was sealed from the start.

And yet he's still a primary caster. Yeah, he can crumple Bloodthirsters into a ball and toss them away, but his spellcasting still dwarfs that talent and by contrast, Archaon is only barely a wizard at all.

The power to last longer than 2 seconds against Archaon in combat pales in significance to the power of raising an army of death so huge it blocks out the sun

This is ok for your basic trooper I think. The skin parts could use some more depth, also painting the teeth, and I think you should focus more on the helm, a couple of edge highlights would make it stand out a bit more.

Okay so this weekend I got my General's Handbook and it's pretty awesome. Only big dissapointment is that the Path of Glory warbands aren't complete so here's top hoping they'll bring out an expansion later this year for the missing factions.

Oh and regarding the points in the App. You can get them except you'll have to buy the digital General's Handbook for that.

Has there been any confirmation that this is actually what happened? I haven't read all the AoS fiction, but the sources I had read only say that this is what Sigmar assumed happened after the undead turned on his forces at the All Gate, but pointedly did not confirm that Nagash was deliberately behind it. Considering that Starscream was probably on scene, and that Chaos has access to the souls of a few high end necromancers (eg Kemmler)...

Krell has one better save, one more attack, and a bonus to hit against heroes. He's not exactly the same as his generic progeny, and I see no reason why he shouldn't get his own points cost when the other vamp count legacy characters get them.
