Making custom magic items

Im making some wondrous/legendary items to add my a loot roster for my upcoming D&D 5th ed game.

ill start off,

Doppelganger's Anklet - As whatever kinda small action, you teleport a short ass distance and leave an illusion of yourself in place.

Moonboots: Permanent Jump and Featherfall effects. -1/3 of your speed.

minimum 14 int to use

you can remember maps, books and visual details with down to the smallest detail indefinitely. but you can only remember one map or book at a time. and you will forget ALL details to the others you have forgotten.

Called shots to the face get a +15 to hit

lets say plus 5... plus 15 is like... unmissable.

Bin-dhai's locket
Upon a critical hit, the owner of the locket receives increased damage equal to HDd6 fire damage

Artifacts are where it's at in 5e
>When attuned you get +2 DEX to a max of 24
>You can cast wish once per day
> You're immune to all disease and curses
>All CR0 creatures die around the artifact

And that's before the actual item abilities.

Circlet of Fading Life

While wearing the circlet, you can concentrate on it (maybe a bonus action?) and it will tell you which creature within a 50ft radius is closest to death.

wadj scepter
starts with 3 charges. regains d3-2, min 0, every night at moonrise. 1 charge: as spell "charm" but only works on crocodiles or crocodile like creatures (crocodile people, alligators, caimans). 2 charges: summons a egyptian style barge into a body of water large enough to float it OR creates a mirage of a small river bordered with papyrus reeds OR summons 1d3 crocodiles. 3 charges: creates a real small river, identical to the river described above, that flows wherever the wielder wishes and lasts for d3 days, after which it vanishes without a trace. 6 charges: creates a river identical to the river described above except it lasts until the wielder creates uses this or the above power

addendum: max river length is 10 miles, max width is 20 feet. it is impossible to find the river's start, nor can one find it's end, but any voyage taken upon it lasts only ten miles

gauntlets of the Kin slayer,
minimum to use: 12 CON

when you kill something of your race, you heal for what damage you did, if you are at full you gain temporary half in temp hit points.

Staff of Change-bowstaff
if you score a Critical hit, the rod casts polymorph on the whatever is hit if it is living.

however, if you critical miss, you are polymorphed instead

The devil's Advocate- "pistol"

-every attack hit with this weapon lowers the AC of whatever is hit, but only if they are successive hits in a row, a miss reset the AC and you must start again.

Bhaal,s relentless gaze- helmet

this helm shows you if a creature is bellow 50% health and glow read when at 25% health,you have advantage on all creatures you attack that are below 25% health.

however, creatures also have advantage on you if YOU are below 25% health while attuned to the helm.

Beshaba's Coin- Trinket
Need to be Chaotic alignment to use

call out a creature's name, or have it in your sights. flip the coin.

the creature will have a sudden misfortune, or small chance of a boon...roll die so see what fate befalls the target.

Deneir,s pen, magical item
all it needs is something to write on.

it jots down everything said within 20 feet, and it even changes the color of its ink to signify who is talking, and can write multiple lines at once

Ilmater,s tenacity, charm worn on neck

you have Advantage on breaking bonds and can go longer without sleep, 2 days without sleep.

Kelemvor,s scale- a staff with a scale on the top.

necrotic Damage is added by 1(d6) on ALL damaging spells that use necrotic energy, you cannot be seen by detect life, and cannot be seen by the undead.

Lathander boon

whenever you are dropped to 0 hit points.
if you roll a 19 or 20 for a death saving throw, you are resurrected at half your total hit points. but will only happen once a day.

Malar,s Bow

when you hit anything with this bow, you can track it up to 24 hours as long as it can leave some kind of physical trail

Milil voice

if you critically fail a performance check, you may re-roll

Mystra,s tome, spellbook

any spells out into this book only cost 5 gold. and has infinite room to write.

Sun throwing knife.

An magic chakram that returns safely to its owners hand as a free action.

Deals 1d6 slashing and radiant damage on hit and is otherwise treated as a dagger (proficiency).
The radiant damage depends on the time of day (1d4 night, 1d6 dawn, 2d4 noon , 1d6 sunset).
