Alright OP, you have several options and quite honestly you may want to use many of them, as there won't be one quick way to take all the money out. You probably want professional help for some of this too especially taxes.
Start by getting organized, Excel sheet with your current Bitcoin count, keep track any time you sell some and keep track of your exit price when you sell.
Why not pull some money out now? GDAX would be best for wiring larger amounts. Keep track of all of your withdrawals because anything you put into your bank account will be taxed, and if there's any quicker way to lose your money it's fucking around with the IRS. This is where a professional may really come in handy.
Lots of gold/silver sellers will accept Bitcoin, large amounts even. This is not a bad way to go.
You can also withdraw through Bitcoin ATMs if you have any near you but at a much slower rate.
Or, if you can back up your claims, you may find some way to sell most of them at once via peer to peer exchange. Meaning if you can get noticed, some rich fuck, whale or celebrity may actually be willing to buy all this from you, though likely at a little bit of a discount. But if you can pull it off that would be the fastest.
Of course above all, stay quiet and calm in front of others. Not a word about any of this. Your best friend, your significant other, your family. NOBODY can know. They can find out when you're living on your own island.
