Bets on what Euron does to Oldtown? Does he become a god?

I think the Dothraki were largely intented to die in huge numbers while causing lots of infrastructure problems that each Kingdom would have to face along as King's Landing would get cut off, in addition to loyalist lords (such as the Crackclaw Point Houses and ALL of Dorne) basically made the situation even harder for them.
I think the Dothraki were meant to mostly die in huge numbers but be a huge pain on the ass, then suddenly a pair of Targaryens come out of fucking nowhere to save everyone from the incompetent Baratheons and Lannisters would couldn't protect their own people.

It's a plan that is both callous and unecessarult duplicitous and complex, which therefore means of kinda fits Varys perfectly.

Archwizard Hightower would strike him down.

No, but he'll kill a lot of people, further eroding and distracting the Reach and Tyrells (who are more or less the least hard hit by the war in their own territory) which makes everything shittier for everyone and makes it harder for the Tyrells to mobilize and stop the Golden Company and Connington with their overwhelming numbers.

What was the plan after Viserys died? Can't claim to bea saviour when you're married to the Dothraki warlord.

>Euron: "Haha! My ships will ruin your city? What defense to you have against that?!"
>Archwizard: "I'm the only 20th level Wizard in the entire planet. Everyone made fun of me. Now magic is back and I have a SHITLOAD of prepared Meteor Swarm scrolls and spells to ruin your fucking shit."

Daenerys was never intended to be the savior, Aegon was.

Unless, of course, Varys is just a faceless man/merman trying to kill as many people as possible.

"The Targaryans shall save you from the Targaryans!"

I'm starting to believe the Merman theory.

You really think Euron isn't also a high level wizard? He was Bloodravens last protege after all. He's gonna summon a kraken or some kind of blood tidal wave to destroy Oldtown. He has no where near the ships needed to take it.
