I don't.... nowhere in the jump does it say you can upgrade a B rank spirit with midseason points. It's not a matter of using 'your imagination on how to get it after you purchase it', it's literally not in the jump as a thing, anywhere. I can't buy it at all, because it's not a feature or an available option.

That's leaning almost entirely on Slime Monarch and assuming that world work, is what I'm saying.

Why is the Christmas class more expensive if it's weaker than the other classes? I mean, I get that it's three years ahead of it's time, but it seems kind of weak in comparison to the other ships? Am I missing something? Oh, sorry, this looks really good by the way, I was just confused.

Actually pretty good, if you went mage, lich, vampire, or elemental monarch you're already a decently strong monster or mage even by darksouls standards, and you're perfectly able to survive in setting just by what you purchase in jump. Try to stand your ground when the hunters come though otherwise you're likely to run right into a trap.

Use magical item from DnD, the skill, works by fooling magical items into letting people other than their creator/owner use them. It's not absolute and needs a roll based on the skill of course, but fundamentally it does the same thing.

I've got a coin flip of not getting pulled into the plot. Here's why... My plan is to
Manage a few things like use my Anti-Demon Wavelength to mitigate the effective Madness of the main cast by bumping into them every so often and giving them a nice relaxing Soul Resonance, though after a while those who gained Soul Perception noted me and confronted me. I told them the truth, partially, that I couldn't truly control my power and that I didn't much care because my Soul Wavelength was basically a 'Therapy Wavelength'.

If I get pulled in I'll check to see if I have to unleash Hard Drive Divinity.

What happens if someone gets your Dungeon heart? Do you lose the jump?

What is the difference between Binding and Reminisce?

What is the Ineffectual drawback suppose to do? I just want to build a dungeon and watch people go through it. Is it to stop people who were plotting to take over the world using their dungeon?

And we're prevented from reaching the actually relevant levels of power along that mech line, because all the b-rank spirits are irrelevant, weak, and pitiful. Your comparison is false. To ask for Scion's power would be to ask for the main villain of any of the games' mechs. I am not. What I am complaining about is not being able to be as powerful as the only relevant Elementalists, the protagonists and other users of A-rank spirits.

Yes it is. The upgrade lets you add more spirits to your Elemental Engine. Get enough of them together and you can equal an A-Rank in power.

Sure I do. With out-of-setting parts. I don't consider that to be fair; I like to address in-universe problems first with in-universe solutions. Yet my solution here is sub-par. And since the power here is provided by a magic spirit, I can't just make it better even with knowledge of this universes' mechanics.

So being a good person doesn’t pay off much in the Nasuverse in general. I tried to help Asagami before she fought Shiki but Araya intervened and started kicking both Akitsu and my Ass. I had to Banish Akitsu to save her and managed to escape. Things continued like normal with Shiki saving her.

Not too long after I found myself being hunted down by Kashma Kouma (Which is kind of Ironic; I’m a Nanaya and he butchered all but one of the Nanayas in a different universe.) anyways I figured out he was under some sort of magical effect I managed to stay alive long enough to snap him out of it, He was not pleased.

By this time I was done with Araya so since I knew where he lived. I got my backup Knight saber armor, stuffed it full of Mini-Nukes and added a trigger to it and set it loose in the apartment building Araya was holed up it. No one is really alive in the apartment building anyways it’s just a sick experiment to torture people who are already dead so Nuking the place was actually a good deed. That successfully flushed out Araya.

I provide magical back up (Mostly Dispel Magic) as Kouma rips and tears and Akitsu turns him in to a pin cushion.

So since we had caused a bit of a mess Akitsu and I decided it was time to travel a bit. We spent the remaining years traveling around doing good and vacationing. We had invited Kouma to vacation with us but he declined.

On the topic of Mecha, the perks for Cyber Knight are done...for the most part.
I might need to do an update for the sequel, but this covers enough that it won't need a second jump. The battle system and even character cast is the same, after all.

Yeah, from what I can see, the jump does need an update for the sequel, there's a sexy new ship called the Galvodirge with actual cannons and shit.
So that'll be fun.
For now, though, this is pretty representative of the setting

One mech with five engines =/= 5 mechs with one engine, because of action economy if nothing else. It can't be doing the same amount of attacks as five mechs could at once.

There's also this badly translated little bit about Cosmo Nova:

I'm going to assume it just effects the entire planet or something, and none of the B-ranks show a fifth of that level of power.
