How would your character react to the one above?

I'll start: while your character walks on a lonely road he encounters
>a person
>wearing a long, grey coat, long grey trousers and a wide-brimmed hat, along with comfortable shoes and black gloves.
>turns out that the person has a skull for a head
>a skeleton wearing new clothes
>the skeleton nods a greeting
>it seems unarmed

He'd probably nods back, then records everything afterwards to show to the committee.

Depends on what personality is driving at the time. One worries about going crazy and might break down in nerves while, the other already knows he is and probably wouldn't blink twice at a dapper skeleton out for stroll.

he would ask who the skeleton was. if there was no response he would bid him good day and be off

Put it to rest, then hunt down the necromancer that interrupted this poor soul's eternal sleep.

I played a paladin in a setting where necromancy is objectively evil.

While your character is drinking beer at the local inn, he encounters,
>A deerman
>wearing a gambeson, carrying a backpack (wherein is stored plate armor), and armed with a paladin's sword and a metal shield
>Doesn't preach
>still hasn't washed the blood off his face and clothes
>greets you fondly as he attempts to get the bartender's attention and order a drink.

>Former highwayman
Wary stare followed by a nod, keeping tabs on him out of the corner of my eye while I sit down to have a meal and a drink.

Is this nigga The Shadow?

Who knows? The Shadow does
That moment you realize that the line "who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men?" isn't about The Shadow having psychic powers (though he does) it's about The Shadow being an evil motherfucker inside

I'm confused as to what occurred here.

>it's about The Shadow being an evil motherfucker inside

>Gun-crazy vigilante
>Takes down mobsters/criminals in the droves
>Is also suffering from some deepseated psychosis
>Impulsed to kill

My absolute favorite.

That's soo last season Gary.

Rolled 9 + 17 (1d20 + 17)

He is greeted by
>A man that is at least 2 meters tall (6ft approx)
>his clothes are ripped apart by the muscle he sports
>his skin and hair are both deep purple
>he gets up from his chair and growls at you
>"Whose blood is that?"
>roll for intimidation to coerce information out of the deer knight

A curious glance, followed by a sigh, before returning to his drink and food. He's done asking questions anymore. Besides, he seems friendly enough.

My guess: he was thinking about shooting the lot -who are probably threatening him- but thinks better of it and removes the temptation to put a bullet through each one's head by taking out the ammunition from his guns.

Ask him about the cults.

The cults man

We must remove cultist remove cultist

1. Ask if it is sentient
2. Ask if the 30 skeletons following me offend him and if so how much
3. Ask if he would like to follow me and aid me in keeping people whose would do harm to innocents at a minimum
4. Destroy him after he has done his use as he is an affront to my god

Ignore him, and the rest of the people in the bar screaming due to a large gang of Undead walking through the door, obtain food and drink, leave money on the counter, and leave.

Rolled 18 + 14 (1d20 + 14)

>it is sentient
>it asks if you raised them
>it has a team already
>it attacks you first for raising undead and binding them to your will

>roll for initiative

What system do you use that you have a damn +14 to your initiative

I'm using 5e there's no way to get higher than +13 and that's with going all out on it

It's M&M

Skelly is a PL 10 super

Rolled 10, 13, 11, 18, 10, 6, 5, 9, 15, 3, 3, 2, 14, 13, 17, 17, 1, 18, 14, 12, 13, 7, 3, 1, 15 = 250 (25d20)

Idk how to use my initiative then.

Rolled 13, 20, 9, 10, 12, 12 + 2 = 78 (6d20 + 2)

And for the rest

Also, I'm amazed how the dice actually averaged out perfectly in this post.

Technically, a perfect average would have been 262.5.

10.5 is the 'average' result of a d20.
