Donate the books to a local library if you don't want them.

Or burn them like a nazi then fucking hang yourself for being such a cunt.

either sell them to someone who'll use them or donate them to a thrift shop

I dont want to infect the youth with this garbage. Less nazi more like burning the necronomican

Use them as inspiration for various things in your system of choice.

sell them, you idiot

This. I HATE 4ed crunch, but I still have pdfs of every book that I reference regularly for fluff ideas to throw in games.

CUUUUUUUUUUUNT!

The fluff was the worst part of 4e though.

I respectfully disagree friendo. The main setting was bland, but it made for a good skeleton for n00bs to build homebrews off of. The FR updates weren't the best, but most of the backlash was from butt blasted faggots upset their special snowflake setting got messed up. Eberron stuff was good. Dark Sun stuff was cool.

Nigga I ain't even a 4E fan and you're a fucking autist

Let people like things you don't

The nazis only burnt propaganda and pornography, dumbass.

Well that dosent mean that I cant do whatever the fuck I want to do with my property. Autistic or not

Yeah, dark sun was pretty cool.

>The nazis only burnt propaganda and pornography, dumbass.
>pornography
Those goddamn monsters

If you don't want it why'd you buy it?

speaking of which, does /pol/ really hate porn? pic related

I was more autistic and also 14.

I don't know about bland. The setting was certainly a little sparse in some areas but I like the idea of the last vestiges of civilization in a constant decay trying desperately to stave off the encroaching darkness. All the while both trapped and surrounded by the ruins of two defunct and warring great empires fraught with ancient magics and powerful artifacts. It makes the whole setting feel epic to me, not to mention that the PCs are truly heroic fighting off truly monstrous denizens of darkness and evil and it all makes me feel like other settings and editions just don't get what high fantasy is all about.

I wouldn't. That's literally the most innovative edition of DnD yet.

I found the "gear everything towards gaming" philosophy painful and destructive, and the worlds were basically stripped of what gave them life and were replaced by what made encounters easier to string together.

Also, awful writing and ideas, ranging from just numbly generic to juvenile pandering. Calling the PoL setting "bland" is hardly appropriate, because it might be one of the worst settings I've encountered once you get past the initial intriguing ideas. Even just flipping through the pages now is enough to make my hands feel dirty.

But, still, that's just my opinion. Like what you like, man.

I'm sure there are people on /pol/ who do hate porn, but the truth of the matter is that /pol/ isn't nearly as homogeneous as most people seem to think it is.

>/pol/ never faps AND very few ever get laid
Explains a lot

So, what are the stickies in the PHB for? They look fairly close to the start. Character advancement chart and.. maybe a class, that's my guess.

Find someone who wants to use them. 4E is a perfectly serviceable RPG and I'm certain someone else will have a great time with those books. Just because you don't like the system doesn't mean you should burn it. Also, a true hero would give them Monster Manual 3 instead of 1 and provide the first DMG as well. MM3 has way better monster math.

so now just older and as autistic?

though they older part doesn't really come across.

/pol/ is a lot of people. I'm sure among the thousands of posters on it, you can find support for any idea.

It might be one of the last few places where everyone is allowed to have any kind of political opinion.

That's why most people hate it. No matter who you are, left, right, up or down, you'll find something there that will offend you.

>where everyone is allowed to have any kind of political opinion.
Technically true, but try making any thread on a leftists politiccal opinion. You're allowed to do it, sure, but that doesn't mean you'll have any discussion whatsoever. I'm not saying that a bad thing or a good thing; I'm just saying that while that is true, it's a moot point.

>You're allowed to do it, sure, but that doesn't mean you'll have any discussion whatsoever

Have you tried making a thread from a right point of view? It's not much different.

political discussion threads of all sorts get slid off of /pol/. /pol/ prefers the dank memes. That's why trump is doing so well on it, he generates dank memes with every sentence.

True, pretty much everything is memery.

Yes

>It might be one of the last few places where everyone is allowed to have any kind of political opinion.
And anyone who posts a non-right wing one gets called a JIDF shill by a dozen people. Funny how how the neo-nazis are simultaneously under relentless siege by endless Juden hordes, and yet also are able to shout the Juden down by sheer force of numbers on a routine basis.

I actually really liked the main setting. The Dawn War fluff and the Primordials were cool as fuck.

Question. What opinion CAN you post in /pol/for genuine discussion then?

>4e haters -literally- book-burning primitives

This shouldn't annoy me, but it does.

None, really. When I posted , I was thinking more "agreement" than discussion. Discussion doesn't really happen on /pol/. It's way too fast to happen even if /pol/acks cared to discuss things.

This just in from the Society for the Promotion Faggotry, "OP needs to take it down a notch."

They elaborated a fair deal on the PoL setting throughout the game's lifespan. Right at the beginning they had two mini handbooks dedicated to talking about dragonborn/tieflings and how they fit into the world. Primal power is one of my favorite fluff books for any DnD edition. Dragon magazine was a constant source of all kinds of unique concepts and fluff.
