As matters settled into an uneasy, new status quo, humans sought out the new structure to investigate, as did more inquisitorial dragons in time. Standing among the tallest structures in the world, the tower stood on the horizon and, apparently, welcomed visitors. The interior was well labeled and seemed to include a fully functional fortress' worth of supplies and production. A VI of some sort answered questions in a holographic projection of a family-friendly, cartoonish dragon character Bemmy.

It stands there, providing shelter, connection to the web and archives of lost information even as other physical parts of the internet failed in the world's conflicts. It monitors the events of the draconic factions' interactions, occasionally passing information, tactical, economic or otherwise, usually resulting in a quick, succinct end to hostilities.

A small establishment started forming around it, but was quickly abandoned upon Bemmy's warnings against it. Dwelling within the tower was safe, as was commuting, but being in proximity held a danger; the warning itself was illuminating and revealed that the tower might one day need to move, and wanted to avoid harming others in the path should that be the case.

For now, it waited, calm and quiet, amicable and aiding those that might seek out learning.

Bemmy wanted to rest up as long as possible. Once it started moving, it didn't want to need to rest for a very long time.

Adventuring with Sira's party (she usually gets several guards and companions on these) will be a great start to the adventure, as well as tracking down any standing and immediate dangers. Over the course of traveling around picking up Alana Hesberg to start cultivating a better respect for technological means as well as magical ones in the kingdom will be a bit of a risky move, but one worthwhile in the long run. The Mask of Marks likely has a similar skillset, and I'm sure as soon as we're done leaving traps for each other and actually get a word in edgewise we'll get along just fine.

Shame p3 and all the quests and disadvantages/risks didn't get posted, I think that was where the rest of the inspiration on these went.
