As a Incarnate you can open Gates to other realms. Of course you would need to know which realm you wanted/needed to go to before opening anything.

Also, Instant Transmission can be used to travel to other Planes.

Astral projection can only be used to observe when you're traveling time and dimension. Your other powers are disabled.
