After an user started a yeti civ and abandoned I would like to start/ continue his thread as I have never seen a yeti civ and it interests me
In the snowy peaks of a large mountain range live a small tribe of yetis, 9 male, 9 female and a cub, they stand on average 8 feet tall and are very strong, the females are slightly bigger but less aggressive and more territorial. They are far enough up the mountain that the snow is light but constant, ahead lies a cave.
>Name the tribe >Name the tribes Elder Shaman >Name the tribes Alpha Male
You may split the group up however you see fit, head up the mountain? Explore the cave? Gather resources? Head down the mountain?
You currently have 5 Goat Carcasses (20 food), 6 logs, and a handful of rocks, Yetis must eat 1 food every 5 turns

What would you like to do with the Tribe, 9 male, 9 female, 1 cub
Sebastian Lopez
I say everyone scale the mountain until we find a place to settle maybe there are grand things to find on the top.
Owen Fisher
Mek-Hruuk grunts and closes his eyes listening to soft wind whipping through the snow, He points up the mountain and grunts again, Kal barks for the males to head further up the mountain, trudging through snow, after a while they reach a plateau with a thin layer of snow covering rock, at its back against a cliff face lies a large mouth into the mountain, the cavern entrance is large, 3 yetis wide and almost twice as tall.
9 Male yetis, Alpha and Elder 9 Female yetis, matriarch Cub
>Name the Matriarch >Settle in the cave? >Head down the mountain? >Gather resources? >Head further up the mountain?

The Elder Shaman Mek-Hruuk and the females take the cub into the cave with the meat, it's incredibly spacious allowing more than enough room for all the current yetis, at the back of the cave is a passage that splits into 2 tunnels each big enough for a Yeti to move down comfortably
Kal-Te leads 3 other males further down the slopes in a different direction looking for any potential threats or areas to settle, the other 4 males wander around the outskirts of the cave, after a couple of hours they return with handfuls of firewood and stones and another goat carcass that was already found dead in the snow, meanwhile Kal and the other 3 spot a small herd of goats grazing not far below the cave and the wind from the east carries strange noises on it.
6 Goat carcasses (24 food), 6 logs, Firewood and rocks

The current cub is Kal and Lrouns child, being the dominant sub. Mek is larger than the other yetis yet more frail and elderly, he has experienced much more than the younger generation, he drags a handful of sticks into the centre of the room and begins banging rocks onto eachother over them. The females pay him no mind as they clear stones and debris out of the way to make the area more spacious. Lroun cradles her cub and makes gestures at some of the other females, 4 of them stand up and move to the back of the room splitting into 2 groups of 2 and clambering down each path.
Kal returns with his hunting party and with a rock scratches the rough outline of a sheep onto a wall and points down, the other males returning supplies nod to show they understand before going back out too scavenge the mountainside. Meanwhile Mek has created sparks that begin to catch and start a small fire, he slumps back and hums to himself watching the fire slowly spread to the handful of firewood he has left, the walls begin to light up with shadows as they dance. The returning 3 males present stones and goat meat to the females in the cave in hopes of mating. The other 4 males outside return once more with a handful of mushrooms and berries and 2 more logs
>RollD100 to see how lucky the males are in their seduction, 80+ all 3 males, 50+ 2 males, 20+ 1 male
6 Goat meat (24 food) 8 logs, rocks, firewood.

Let's see this event
Austin Diaz
2 of the Females bark aggressively chasing their suitors off, the other welcomes her new mate and they retire to a corner of the cave, the other yetis pay little attention to the copulation. The sun begins to set shining its last light into the cave, all the yetis return save for the females who went exploring the 2 passages. With them they bring more mushrooms and berries and large stones. eventually both female parties return, the one that went left signals "rain" to the other yetis and grunts happily, the ones who went right signal "rock" and shrug. After a long nights sleep the Yetis awake to clear skies and a couple of goats grazing peacefully outside.
Next turn the Yetis will each have to eat 1 food, this can be from the meat, berries or mushrooms, you decide
Brayden Flores
Don't eat mushrooms yet, someone eat 1 amount of berries to test the rest just eat meat.
Andrew Baker
Also whats the plan? Explore the cave again? Explore east? West? Down? Up? Do something with goats outside?
Christopher Evans
Obviously goat hunting is in order while we have the chance. I would send all adults save 3-4 to hunt the goats.
William Watson
The Yetis begin their morning by munching on the goat corpses, tearing meat from the bone with their thick teeth. One of the females shovels a handful of berries into her mouth and munches away happily, meanwhile Mek pokes around with the Mushrooms and seperates them into 2 groups. The fatter ones he points at and pats his belly, the thinner white ones he points at and taps his eyes looking less happy. After the Yetis have had their fill the males leave the cave and tentatively encircle the small goat group on the plateau, with no weapons as of yet they attempt to herd them towards the cave, one quickly darts between 2 of the males and begins leaping down the snowy slopes while the other 2 are grabbed quickly beaten to death on the ground, their bloodied corpses dragged inside with the others. The suns rays begin to warm the inside of the cave slightly as the creep over the horizon.

4 of the females head into the right passage, 4 into the left, Lrouns cradles her child in the cave with Mek while he tends to the fireplace watching the sticks crackle and sizzle. Kal leads 4 of the males out to gather resources while 4 more head further up the mountain during the sunrise. The females who went down the right passage quickly end up with their path blocked by what looks like a cave in, a slide of large rocks collapsing and blocking off the tunnel >Attempt to move the rocks >Return
The 4 on the left path enter a large cavern, several times the size of the one they are currently inhabiting, with small gaps in the ceiling allowing thin beams of the light, the cave is dimly lit but visible for yeti eyes, at the centre is a large waterfall pouring into a small pond against one side of the cavern. >Explore >Return
The 4 yetis who scaled the mountain top find themselves on a ridge looking down the other side of the mountain, far off in the distance is what looks like a lot of wooden squares with small smoke plumes billowing out of them and large grassy plains and forests, a top the mountain is what appears to be a small frozen lake. East over the mountain but out of sight is a much closer smoke plume
Kal and his party returns with large jagged rocks and more logs, some berries and mushrooms, they begin a small stockpile of supplies
