Yes, I really liked the whole building cities thing, but I would say put a darker outline around countries cos once they all get filled it becomes confusing whether or not you have conquered that from another player or not.

The Pope is up for election every turn. Cleon won the last turn, so he could have given an order to the crusader state, but he did not include an order in his post. There is no need to control Rome.

you should sepcify on the map that you can only establish the crusader state bordering you. I know you can only move it on borders of catholics or tiself, but the establishing part should be made explicit.
