Think about it. All the issues of mobile suits operating for long periods in deserts/jungles/in a warzone can be scaled down to personal power armor. It's not like those problems go away because the machines are smaller.

I think it varies from person to person. I know the dog warrior transformation thing works on Hulk logic, IE they transform when they get mad, so it's entirely possible that a dog soldier might not be able to control herself or lose control and go berzerk.
