Now that is a complex question. There's a guild, obviously, because all the ex-Imperial realms still remember that if it's legal you can tax it, but the guild has standards you have to meet to be accepted, a sizable entry fee, and takes non-negotiable cuts from everything you earn. Guild also isn't present everywhere. So you have a lot of illegal whores. If they compete with guild whores they will usually do so by undercutting their prices, if not, they will charge whatever they think they can get away with; in towns maybe four bits at most, enough for half a loaf of bread, but on caravans heading for a remote fairground they might charge several times as much. Then there's the difference between male and female whores. Men who prostitute themselves are generally considered to be at the absolute bottom of society, generally earn little and can find work only when they're young. However, elite male prostitutes will usually be ranked above elite female ones, and be able to make good living even if they mostly provide conversation and entertainment.
But where all whores inevitably go, regardless of age, gender or class bracket, is the local pussy doctor.
