"Matriarchal" just means women are in charge, not that they actually fucking do something. It'd probably be a horribly mismanaged empire that sends men to their deaths by the thousands while at the same time telling them they're privileged for being able to "choose" death for the empire while women aren't allowed to. But at the same time, they'd also block any law that could in the slightest harm women.

In other words, men aren't marginalized or made housewives, they're made second class citizens who only live to serve.

I suspect this is a troll thread but what the fuck ever.

The process is almost identical for making any other villain type but the details are a little different.

Since Matriarchies are run like fucking shit in real life you might just find it easier to reskin different parts of historical men and depending on the flavor of what you're doing you'll have to suspend a lot of physical realism, which is ok. If you wanna just make an entire society modeled after Naga the Serpent and annoy the shit out of your players with the laugh that you hear when you die, that works. But more often than not SOME twat will end up bitching about it from either the stupid hat or the stupid hair camps.

I made up for this by trying to make them believable in character so I don't have to worry about believability in terms of so many facts and statistics and shit. In general:

Never seen this particular image, but if I am recognizing that artist, he does some good stuff, but I've never seen any outright porn by him.
